1. Adobo One of the most known dishes in the Philippines, adobo. Adobo is made by stewing meat (such as chicken, pork or maybe a combination of both) in soy sauce, vinegar, peppercorns, and bay leaves for a remarkable flavor.  2.  Lechon Lechon is really famous in the Philippines particularly in Cebu and it is one of the top contenders when it comes to filipino dishes. Lechon is a fully roasted pig with deliciously crisp skin and juicy meat inside. This dish is prepared throughout the year for special occasions, Pinoy gathering- fiesta, and during holidays.  3. Sisig Sizzling sisig on a hot stone plate is great with beer. Filipinos call it "pulutan."
